Grainger Show Customer Pass Options
Grainger offers to cover show pass and hotel room costs for customer attendees during show dates.
All additional charges incurred, including airfare, will be the customer's responsibility.
All customers must agree to Grainger's Compliance terms to accept the offer for Grainger to pay for their hotel and/or registration.

- Arrival transportation from Orlando International Airport to Grainger Host Hotels
- Admission to Trade Show and all sessions for all three days of the event
- Opening Celebration and Dinner & Trade Show Reception (Sunday)

- Celebration Event (Monday)
- Ground transportation between Grainger Host Hotels and the Orange County Convention Center
- Departure transportation from the Orange County Convention Center to Orlando International Airport
Grainger offers to cover the $1200 cost of this pass.

How do I register for the 2026 Grainger Show?
Registration will open in early 2026. Please contact your Grainger account representative for additional information.
What costs are covered by Grainger?
Grainger offers to pay the cost of a full show registration pass (which includes ground transportation, meals, and entertainment) and/or attendee hotel room rates and taxes for (2) nights during the event dates, provided the attendee’s employee ethics, business conduct, and procurement policies and regulations (as well as any applicable laws) allow. See "Attend" tab for more details.
Is there a Mobile App?
Mobile App access will be available to those who register for the 2026 Grainger Show. The app will become available before the event begins.
